A worldwide redeployment of MVM staff resulted from the recent flight restrictions caused by volcanic ash.  With MVM London due to manage an opening event in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and the client unable to get there, our colleagues in Dubai were hastily flown in at the eleventh hour.  Following an operational briefing via video link the event went ahead as planned proving that MVM truly is a global event company.

MVM London's latest event saw them host the King and Queen of Malaysia at the factory of car manufacturer Lotus. As expected with royalty attending it was planned to a strict timetable. A 4 course lunch was to be served in 60 minutes... it took 61... Why? Operations Manager Dan was taking a test drive!

MVM London has been appointed as a procurement partner for Shell UK.  The partnership will run until 2012 and will see MVM London deliver all UK events for Shell.  We previously worked with Shell throughout 2008 delivering their Springboard events programme.
